With rapid changes, another year has passed, and we are setting sail again. At this beautiful moment of ring out the Old Year and ring in the New Year, all the teachers of the International School of Engineering extend their gratitude to all the school leaders, departments, and colleges who care about and support the development of the college's career, our partners, Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) and Cracow University of Technology (CUT) in Poland, the parents of nearly 1100 students, and all sectors of society who support the development of the college, Sincere wishes and New Year greetings!

Looking back at 2023, all teachers and students of the International College of Engineering have united and developed together, working together and courageously. The various undertakings of the college have reached a new and higher level!
过去的一年，我们进一步扩大招生规模。面向各省市举行7次线上直播宣讲，参加高招现场宣讲会，全员参加2023年校园开放日活动，与北京师范大学天津生态城附属学校建立“优质生源基地”，圆满完成2023级研究生和本科生，共计261人的招生录取工作，学生规模达到1036人。
In the past year, we have held 7 online live lectures for various provinces and cities, participated in on-site lectures for the college entrance examination, and participated in the 2023 Campus Open Day event for all staff. We have established a "high-quality student source base" with Beijing Normal University Tianjin Ecological City Affiliated School, and successfully completed the enrollment and admission of 261 graduate and undergraduate students in 2023,with a student population of 1036.
过去的一年，我们突出课程思政和教学改革。进一步融合中波高校专业优势，完成培养方案修订工作；联合建筑学院共建课程思政教学研究分中心，加快中外课程体系融合、内化外方优质教学资源；获批市级教改项目1项，完成校级教改项目1项。
In the past year, we have highlighted the reform of curriculum ideology and teaching. Further integrate the professional advantages of Sino Polish universities and complete the revision of training programs; Joint Institute of Architecture Joint Course Ideological and Political Education Research Center，accelerate the integration of Chinese and foreign curriculum systems and internalize high-quality teaching resources from foreign sources;Approved 1 municipal level education reform project and completed 1 school level education reform project.
过去的一年，我们高效组织和保障学生安全赴波留学。在2022年9月派出的37名研究生，顺利完成在波兰的学业，于今年2月先后回国。下半年，我们又成功派出198名本科生和研究生赴波兰两校学习深造。
同学们自强自立、突破自我，迅速融入到了异国学习生活中，展现了40001百老汇官网电子游戏青年的责任和担当。中国驻波兰大使馆参赞易军还去看望了我们在比亚威斯托克工业大学交流学习的师生，现场给予了关心和指导。
In the past year, We efficiently organize and ensure the safety of students studying abroad in Poland，37 graduate students sent by us in September 2022 successfully completed their studies in Poland and returned to China in February of this year. In the second half of the year, 198 undergraduate and graduate students were successfully sent to Poland for further education.
The students became self reliant and broke through themselves, quickly integrating into the study and life of foreign countries, demonstrating the responsibility of the young people of the International Engineering School. Mr. Yi Jun, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Poland, also visited our teachers and students who were studying and exchanging ideas at Bialystok University of Technology , and provided on-site care and guidance.
过去的一年，我们不断拓展国际交流合作。持续加强了中波三校互访。7月CUT校长来校访问；10月校领导率团访问BUT和CUT；下半年，波方两所学校还先后派遣教师9人，为学生讲授专业课8门，举办专题讲座5次。成功召开了ISE联合管理委员会和学术委员会第三次会议，顺利将本科生招生时间延期。同时，我们也不断拓展国（境）外交流合作。此外，学院还接待匈牙利教育代表团和中东欧商协会的来访。
In the past year, we have continuously expanded international exchanges and cooperation, and strengthened visits between the three schools of China and Poland.In July, the principal of CUT visited the school; In October, school leaders led a delegation to visit BUT and CUT;In the second half of the year, the two schools in Poland have also dispatched 9 teachers to teach 8 professional courses to students and hold 5 special lectures.The third meeting of the ISE Joint Management and Academic Committees was successfully held, and the enrollment time for undergraduate students was successfully postponed. At the same time, we are constantly expanding international exchanges and cooperation. In addition, the college also receives visits from Hungarian education delegations and the Central and Eastern European Business Association.
过去的一年，我们认真强化育人实效。打造了“多彩国工、青春绽放”工程，开展每月一主题系列活动。组织“我和我求学的城市”系列活动，沉浸式体验天津城市建设的魅力；组织学生赴宝坻、静海和南开区开展科普宣讲、社会调研、墙体手绘等活动。多次召开考研经验分享会、就业推动会和大学生职业规划大会等活动，开展访企拓岗工作，努力挖掘岗位新资源。组织开展“国工有约”座谈会8次，尽心竭力做好学生的教育引导。
In the past year, we have conscientiously strengthened the effectiveness of education. We have created the"Colorful National Industry, Youth Blossoming"project and carried out a monthly themed series of activities. Organize a series of activities onthe city where I am studying and immerse myselfin the charm of Tianjin's urban construction; Organize students to go to Baodi, Jinghai, and Nankai District to carry out activities such as science popularization lectures, social research, and wall hand drawing. We have held multiple events such as postgraduate entrance examination experience sharing meetings, employment promotion meetings, and college student career planning conferences to carry out visits to enterprises and expand job opportunities, and strive to tap into new job resources. Organize 8"National Industry Appointment"symposiums and make every effort to provide education and guidance to students.
过去的一年，我们不断提升学生的学业和科技实践等综合能力。组织各专业学生参加波兰两校英语考试，通过率平均达98%以上！组织学生参与科技竞赛获国家级荣誉3项，省部级荣誉6项。完成第九届“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛国际赛道参赛报名，104名学生成功报名31项。成功向天津市科技局申报省部级科普基地1个。1名教职工获得西青区科普大使荣誉称号，1名学生获评“天津市十佳科普使者”。
In the past year, we have continuously improved our students' comprehensive abilities in academic and technological practice. Organize students from various majors to participate in the English exams of two schools in Poland, with an average pass rate of over 98%! Organized students to participate in science and technology competitions andwon 3 national level honors and 6 provincial and ministerial level honors. The 9th "Internet plus" Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition International Track was completed and 104 students successfully signed up for 31 entries.Successfully applied to Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau for one provincial-level science popularization base. One faculty member was awarded the honorary title of Science Popularization Ambassador in Xiqing District, and one student was awarded the "Top Ten Science Popularization Ambassadors in Tianjin".
